- 45g died macaroni
- 130g skinless chicken breast fillet, diced
- 2 tsp plain flour
- 105ml whole milk
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 40g cheddar cheese, grated
- A handful of green salad leaves

Directions
- Cook macaroni as packet instructions.
- Cook chicken in pan for 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
- Whisk together the flour, milk and mustard powder in a saucepan and gently heat, stiring constantly. Bring to the boil then simmer gently until the sauce begins to thicken.
- Mix in most of the cheese, saving some for the topping.
- Add the chicken and pasta to the cheese saice and mix.
- Pour into ovenproof dish, top with remaining cheese and grill for 3-4 minutes. Serve with salad leaves.
