Ingredients
- 60g self-raising flour
- 20g vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp bakng powder
- 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 medium egg
- 1 egg white
- 100g yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil
- 75g banana, sliced

Directions
- Combine the flour, protein powder, baking powder and half of the cocoa powder in a bowl and make a well in the center.
- Add the egg, egg white and 70g of the yoghurt and whisk until smooth.
- Melt the oil in a non-stick frying pan then fry large spoonfuls of the batter for a minute on each side until puffed up and golden.
- Layer the pancakes with the remaining yoghurt and the sliced banana then dust with the remaining cocoa powder.
